Under the mighty sails at Jewells Tavern you'll find our Beer Garden.

This is a huge outdoor space able to entertain up to 200 people who are after a drink or a meal from the Bistro, which allows parents to catch up with friends without having to worry what sort of mischief the kiddies are getting up to.

To begin with, the Beer Garden at Jewells Tavern is secure and safe, with self-locking gates and closed circuit cameras to keep an eye on the young and the young-at-heart.

While you relax, the kids can test their skills against the machines in our Playstation Cafe, complete with five consoles and the hottest computer games that they can play to their heart's content - absolutely free.

Keep an eye out because there's another brand new Playstation Cave on the way with more consoles and more games to keep the kiddies amused and entertained!

For the more active children, there's also a big, brightly-coloured play gym that they can burn off some of that kiddie-energy on, and on Sunday afternoons Jewells Tavern holds a kids' disco from 1pm until 3pm, for all those future doof-doof heads than want to get down and get funky!

And if that isn't enough, there's also a clown on Saturday evening, and a face painter on Sunday afternoon to keep the kids amused - and a Wishing Well Pond that helps raise money for Jewells Primary School.

The best part is you don't have to be a parent to enjoy the Beer Garden at Jewells Tavern. If it's just a group of adults then having a drink or dinner in the fresh air under the sails will keep the sunburn away in Summer, and the outdoor heaters will keep the chills away in Winter.
